Amir has extensive experience in managing technology companies through their critical growth stages and utilizes his background to bring innovative ideas and products into the companies he manages. Amir has been advising companies on business strategy, restructuring and business development since 2005.

During his career he held CFO, marketing and business development positions. Prior to turning to managerial roles Amir had several positions with investment funds in the US and Europe, focusing on high-tech investments. Amir holds a BA and MBA in Finance and Investments. In spite of his many duties, Amir likes to run and exercise, travel with his family to exotic places and initiate bridges between business people around the world.

Joel Futterman

Joel Z. Futterman, EE, MBA

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Futterman has a long history in the telecommunications industry. Before joining iPhotonix, he was Director of R&D for Siemens Communications. His 32 years of network architecture and product development experience includes Class 5 Central Office, access technologies, fiber-to-the-home and Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions.

Mr. Futterman has expertise in the development of products for both US and worldwide carriers along with 10 years of operations experience with international supply chain and fulfillment. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Rollins College, Orlando, Florida.

Chris Ryan

Chris Ryan

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ryan’s career spans over twenty years and encompasses a broad scope of financial expertise that includes building and implementing business and accounting systems, arranging financings, profit forecasting, budgeting, M&A activities and supervision of business lines in the telecom sector.

Most recently, Mr. Ryan was an executive at Tellabs where he led the financial activities of the broadband products division. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Ryan was CFO of Chiaro Networks, Inc. a developer of infrastructure-class IP routing platforms. From 2000 to 2004, he served as CFO at Xtera Communications. For more than 12 years, Mr. Ryan held key positions in various divisions of Alcatel. Mr. Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Francis Marion College, South Carolina and an MBA from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Jeff Mulqueen

Jeff Mulqueen

Deputy CEO and VP Sales & Business Development

Mr. Mulqueen has over 20 years experience primarily in Sales Management and Business Development capacities with telecommunication equipment manufacturers & suppliers. Jeff began his career on the Service Provider side with Teleport Communications Group considered the first competitive local exchange carrier which was acquired by AT&T and then onto IXC a nationwide transmission network which was later acquired by Cincinnati Bell in the late 90’s.

He has had vast selling and business management experience for both hardware and software technologies furthering projects from proof of concept to commercial viability consistently, & has a proven track record in selling new technology to Service Providers in all Tier Levels. Jeff’s business development experience includes sales and marketing strategies for both Access and Core technologies. Some which include – Vina Technologies (acquired by Larscom), Verilink (acquired by Verso), Iperia (acquired by GenBand), Netrake (acquired by AudioCodes), Aktino (Acquired by Positron), and most recently – NetSocket (www.netsocket.com). Mr. Mulqueen has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Emerson College, Boston Massachusetts.

Ms. Kim Perdikou

Chairwoman

Ms. Perdikou serves as a Board Member of CyberArk Software, a Nasdaq cyber security company. In addition, Ms. Perdikou is a member of the board of REBBL a CA based privately held beverage company. Ms. Perdikou served in multiple leadership positions since she signed on at Juniper in 2000. Perdikou served as EVP, Office of the CEO 2010-2013 where she oversaw the company’s quality and customer experience driving the innovation roadmap to turn ideas into valuable customer solutions.

Perdikou served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Juniper’s Infrastructure Products Group (IPG) from 2006-2010, doubling revenue in three years to $3.5 billion. She led her team through the development of industry-changing innovations, including the multi-chassis T1600 core router, the JCS1200 Control System and the breakthrough “3D Scaling” technology in Juniper’s MX 3D routers. Perdikou built the ecosystem and business model to drive significant IPG growth, including Juniper’s mobile routing and software solutions. She also served as Juniper’s Chief Information Officer, and has been recognized as one of Computerworld Magazine’s Premier 100 IT Leaders. Previously, she served as CIO at Women.com Networks, Inc., and held technology-leadership positions at Reader’s Digest, Knight Ridder and Dun & Bradstreet. Ms. Perdikou is a passionate speaker with a quick wit, engaging personality and a “wee bit” of Scottish brogue for good measure. She has keynoted major telecom and technology events and is sought out by analysts and business media for her expertise in technology innovation and business strategy. Perdikou also has a passion for mentoring future leaders, sharing her personal experience as a woman in business, teaching math and taking risks. She has served as an advocate and advisor for several organizations that promote women in business, science and engineering including Fortune-State Department MPW mentoring program & TechWomen + US Dept of State program. Perdikou served on the Board of Directors & Audit Committee of Lam Research Corporation, a major provider of wafer fabrication equipment and services. In addition, Perdikou held Board of Director positions at multiple of Juniper Innovation Fund Portfolio companies. She holds a Masters degree in information systems from Pace University in New York, a Post Graduate degree in education from Jordanhill College in Glasgow, Scotland. Her bachelor’s degree is in computing science and operational research from the University of Paisley in Scotland.

Boaz Gorfung

CEO, Molodan Ltd.

Mr. Gorfung is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in business development, strategy, sales and marketing. Mr. Gorfung serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Molodan Ltd., the technology investment arm of Tedea Technological Development & Automation Ltd, since early 2010. Previously, Mr. Gorfung served as the Tedea’s Vice President – Business Development from 2007 to January

2010. Mr. Boaz Gorfung currently serves as External Director at Communication Ltd, a large publicly traded company in the Israeli Stock Exchange, since March 2011. Prior to Molodan, Mr. Gorfung served as the CEO of Excalibur Ventures Ltd. Mr. Gorfung serves on the boards of several portfolio companies and providing guidance to few Israeli startup companies. Mr. Gorfung started his career as an attorney with the Law Firm of Offer & Frightag in Israel, focusing on IPOs, private placements and M&As. Mr. Gorfung has an LLB degree from Coventry University in England.

Ronen Shviki

Mr. Shviki is an active angel investor in various high tech startups. From 2013-14 Mr. Shviki served as the VP for Business Development at Mendelssohn LTD and the CEO of one of their subsidiaries in Israel. Until late 2012 Ronen served as a Colonel in the Israeli Army and served in many leadership roles of combat and command units. Ronen’s academic background includes leadership, strategy and management seminars and courses. He holds a BA in Business Administration and LLB. Mr. Shviki has an LLB degree from one of the leading universities in Israel, The Interdisciplinary Center.

Randy J. Tomlin

Mr. Tomlin joined the Board of Directors of iPhotonix in early April 2016 after his retirement from AT&T in late February 2016. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Tomlin served as a Senior Vice President U-verse Field Operations. In that capacity he was responsible for all field operations for AT&T U-verse, including service, installation at customer homes, repair and maintenance.

Mr. Tomlin began his career with Southwestern Bell in 1982, and has held various managerial positions in Customer Service, Network and External Affairs throughout his career.

During his career with AT&T he also served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations Support, responsible for leading the Network Services Staff organization as well as the network standardization effort to move to common centers, best practices and a single suite of systems.

Mr. Tomlin led many of SBC’s acquisitions integration activities, including AT&T, BellSouth, and Cingular.

Mr. Tomlin received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
